Entry Fees are due and payable once entries have closed.

Late Entries

• Will only be accepted through Rowing Manager until 5 pm on the day entries close.
• Will only be accepted where there is a lane available in any existing draw.
• Will be charged at double the applicable entry fee.

Late Scratching Fees

• Scratched before 2:30 pm on the last business day before the regatta = Entry fee forfeited.
• Scratched between 2:30 pm on the last business day before the regatta and up to 60 minutes before the scheduled event = Entry fee forfeited, and $22 (GST incl.) fine per seat.
• Scratched within 60 minutes of the scheduled event = Entry fee forfeited, and $110 (GST incl.) fine per seat.
