After the announcement from the State Government on Sunday, the following update regarding the latest ease of COVID restrictions  are now in effect for ERC and its members.

• From 11:59pm on Sunday 6 December 2020, you must continue to carry a face mask with you at all times when you leave the home, unless you have a lawful reason not to. This is in case you require your face mask, for example, if you aren’t able to keep 1.5 metres distance from other people.
• When exercising where you are out of breath or puffing, a face mask is not required
• Masks are no longer required to be taken in the boat with you or put on when returned to land unless 1.5m social distance cannot be maintained 
• 10 members are still required in the gym area maintaining 1.5m social distance
• Communal change rooms, showers and toilets are now open but maintain 1.5 m social distance
• Please register your attendance using the QR code or sign in the log book provided
• Please wash down equipment after use with soapy water or gym equipment with anti bacterial wipes 

Further announcements are to follow, which may includeprocedure for use of ergometers and the like.
