Donations
Support Essendon Rowing Club
The Essendon Rowing Club is a volunteer run, community focused sporting club that relies heavily on the generosity of our members, local community, businesses and council.
All funds raised by the club are kept within the club and used to maintain and update our fleet of boats to help our rowers reach their full potential.
Most recently, a new Swift Club A Single scull has been delivered thanks to a grant from the Essendon Football Social Club Sporting Sections committee.
Australian Sports Fund (ASF Boat Fund)
Essendon Rowing Club has registered a Boat Fund with the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) to assist with progressively upgrading our boats, oars and other ancillary equipment. Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible and a great way to contribute to the development of rowing and support ERC.
Donations to ERC's Boat Fund can be made through ASF Online or by returning a completed Donation Form.
Regatta Sponsorship
Essendon Rowing Clubs holds its annual Saltwater Challenge on the first Saturday of September (subject to Rowing Victoria confirmation).
We hope to raise upward of $5000 during this regatta and have two donation options to encourage you to dig deep!
- Donate any amount
- Donate $100 and have an event named in your, or your company's behalf.
Donations made from on on behalf of businesses can have their logo placed in our program and for donations of $250 or more a banner can be displayed along the river course.
Donations should be made by COB (5pm) on the second last Monday of August (two weeks before regatta day) to ensure we can honour these privileges.
